Thursday June 25, we set up a professionalization workshop dealing with dropping out of adults in training. Aimed at all training organizations in the Centre Val de Loire Region (FR), this day brought together 16 participants.

The program included:

• Dropping out, what representations?
• Erasmus + project around dropping out: origins and issues
• Dropout and precariousness, a few figures
• Example of methodologies to analyze the causes of dropout
• Good practices to limit dropout in training

We thank our Belgian partners for having given us the pleasure of testifying during this training and bringing the European dimension to the concerns of dropping out.
